Ordered and paid for a quarter pounder w/cheese and bacon and didn't get the bacon..
The building itself is nice and it seemed staffed with quite a few employees, but they were not at all interested in helping... customers. I ordered and paid online and couldn't get anyone to address me at the counter. I don't understand the point ofordering ahead when I still had to wait an excessive amount of time for a few food items that WERE NOT FRESH. Went through the drive. Both staff members were professional and polite. The service was quick. Yes I would return to that... McDonald's. Was going through drive through. I left before the total was given to me . I had other issues to attend to. When Iarrived at the window the attendant proceeded to me I was rude. He was talking under his voice.i said what are u talking about.He is said, you should have waited for your total. I said I'm in a hurry and what gives u the right to tell me I'm rude. Then heargued more. I asked for the manager. She tries to smooth things over by letting me know we like for our customers to know theirtotal so we can process it faster. I said I don't need him telling me I'm rude over a thing like driving to the window . I hadmy money available The manager gave me my change. I made her aware I would not be returning. Obviously, he's not happy at thisjob and he takes it out on the individuals that pays his wages. Read more
Very rude staff, clearly have no customer service skills, dirty, and very unprofessional. The one girl was on her phone the... entire time. Didn?t even look up from it to hand me my drink. Had the blueberry and cream cheese pie....outstanding! Went inside to check out restoration(open on the inside) and new play... center area(not opened yet ).the new design was crisp and clean with what almost looks like Banksy art on the walls LOVE IT! Read more
