I loved the experience with the young man that cleaned off a table for us to give us some more room to dine. Especially since he... was working by himself. Our server I believe her name was Freda who had a recent birthday was just wonderful. Will definitelyrequest her again. And the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you! Read more
They got 18 of us (unannounced) seated quite quickly. We didn't sit all together but they really tried to get us close. Great... job. Waitresses were wonderful, attentive, and conversation was nice. overall, just great! Food was delish, as always. Greatjob everyone. Read more
This place used to be a bit better, but it?s been a bit off even compared to earlier this year. The food is still good for the... most part, with both chicken and steak being done right. There was a sweet potato that was rather overcooked, which you?d thinkwould be hard to do. Service wasn?t that good. It?s not great when you don?t get any silverware for 10 minutes after you?ve satdown, not including the 5 before the server showed up. This doesn?t include the dirty fork sitting under the table. Saw a coupleof people having to correct orders around us too. I don?t blame the servers as much as you might think, as they were clearlyoverwhelmed by how much they had to cover and that was probably the same for the kitchen. Honestly, it?ll probably improveagain since it was better not long ago even after the peak of the pandemic. Finding enough people to work may be more of aproblem now compared to then in this specific place. But right now it?s pretty average with service being below that and foodbeing slightly above in general. Read more
Just disappointed. I don?t get to eat out at steakhouses often but I always remembered Long Horn was way above the competition... of other steakhouses typically. Tonight was the exception. I?d say short staffing was to blame but, here goes. Had to waitseveral minutes to be seated on an otherwise dead night, there was nobody greeting at the door. When I did get seated and gotthe order started, I asked for water with a lemon and never got the lemon, never got any bread before the meal and the steak?Iusually get the renegade but tonight I wanted to go a little better in quality and price. So I got the 9 oz Flo and asked tohave it cooked medium rare. I typically prefer medium but know it?s always over cooked anyways from past experiences withsteakhouses. It came out D.O.N.E.! It was like eating a patty off a McDonald?s hamburger that was cooked to death. There wasn?ta hint of pink. I did get some bread though after I asked as I was afraid I?d be going home hungry.
