They keep an upbeat atmosphere where you can walk in and have fun plus enjoy... yourself... there real good about reading facial expressions and body language and wknt hesitate to check and make sure everything is ok..OK... with that being said the good and timing is done with finese!!! Cold fries, $5.00 wasted. Save your money and go to Kroger's and buy a bag of fries. Or buy some potatoes and make your own.... This is unacceptable for $5 for a fry. Stopped by on my lunch break and their card reader wouldn?t read my card. She didn?t try swiping it, or try a different... register. When I told her I didn?t have a different form of payment she just shut the window. I went to Wendy?s across thestreet and my card worked perfect! Read more
Restaurant is not as clean as it should be not that it is horrible just needs closer attention paid to the tables. Food is good... but sometimes varies in temperature and juicyness of the chicken. The biscuits are awful. Overall an average KFC store. Read more
I have been a regular customer there for over a 1 year. Every Monday we did buy our meal there until today. We did start doing... the survey to get a free sandwich a few weeks already. Today I came in and got told in order to get a free sandwich I have tobuy another sandwich I usually buy the big box meal which includes a sandwich and get the free one. Today I tried the same asusual and the assistant manager told me that " I " am doing wrong and I should go back and buy my meal where I got the freesandwich before.( I am doing wrong if YOU guys sell me weekly my meal ?!) This lady did belittle me and did read slowly readthe terms printed on the receipt asking if I would not know how to read. This person did discriminate and insulted me very badand this was already the 2nd bad experience I had with this assistant manager. I have been your loyal customer for over a yearand definitely will no longer enter your establishment. This person should no longer deal with your customers. I went to theoutlet at Springboro pike and got my meal from them. Worked there for 2 years as a shift manager. Management does not care about its employees, and food is not taken care of.... Employees do not wear gloves, food is always wrong, always have to visit over again. I live right behind it too, and I haven'tAten it since I quit working. Read more
Great kfc but when it comes down to anything but original I'm always disappointed the flavors are never as good as what... they look like or use to taste like. This last round is the worst Nashville hot tenders I've ever had it was nothing but asalt bbq flavor ? How idk and very dry . You can do better guys. Read more
