Chicken is better than churches. Churches gives you garbage most of the time. So I'll stick with KFC ????
I absolutely did NOT want to give this location any stars. Unfortunately, at least one star is needed to leave a comment. Just a... heads up, if you do not want to be disappointed with the your food and the customer service or lack there of. Don't bothergiving yourself a headache! If the Colonel had to come back and re-train some of the employees at this location I think he wouldprobably still choose death. The hatefulness and carelessness of the employees is enough to ask, When did KFC stop doing chickenright!? It's really sad when you have to travel 20-30 minutes to get a decent meal that is 1. Served without an attitude. 2.Served with the proper portions. 3. Served by someone who appreciates their job. 4. Served with condiments, napkins and plasticware. and 5. Served by employees who don't utter the words..."Now what is he/she complaining about?" If the customer iscomplaining, 7 times out of 10 it's something that can simply be corrected by the employee or management. I know some people donot have a choice or means of going to other KFC locations, this one is not for me. Read more

I went thru the drive-thru to order a plain chicken sandwich last night. I was informed by the young lady that there were no... chicken sandwiches available. I asked for three wings. I was then informed that there would be a wait for chicken wings tocook. I asked if they had french fries without any salt. I was told that there would be a wait for the cooks to cook frenchfries and not put a pound of salt on them. I was not waiting five minutes for french fries to cook. I ordered three chickenstrips and a small container of macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was terrible!!!! The chicken strips had a rubberytexture to them. Came threw drive thru and I didn't get my whole order and when I try to call up there phone just rings off the hook .I wish... people would step up and do there job .now I'm out $10 dollars of food and they didn't give me a receipt. Read more
No. No. No. This KFC is very very very petty and do Not care for the customer. This KFC closes at 10:30 p.m. from what is... posted. I came to the drive through at 9:30 p.m. and ordered only a Large Mash potato and gravy.. that's it. A large mashedpotato and gravy supposed to be in two separate containers but they gave me mine in one. The mashed potato portion was abouthalf a cup covered with might be the same amount of gravy. I was charged the full price for a large mashed potato and gravy onmy card but wasn't given a receipt. I questioned the cashier saying "I ordered the large mashed potato and gravy"? The cashierreplied, "that's the largest mashed potato and gravy we got" turned around and started laughing to the other employees in thekitchen saying ????, "he said he ordered a large mashed potato and gravy, then I told him that's the largest we got".Yes, I waslate and got deducted for being late, but when I finally got the chance to eat, I only had a scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy.The last photo in this series is larg mash and gravy from two different KFC's compared to KFC 3rd st. This place is sad. Everything was old. What human being on this planet wants old and nasty food? Let me tell you what not to... order. Don't order NOTHING. Everything is bad. Its sad that if I want decent KFC , I have to drive to another community that'snot my community because the one in my community has a poor way that they treat their customers. They give us old food, slowservice and attitude. I will never ever go here again and hopefully I can stop others from making the same mistake that I did. Iwas disappointed. I spent over 30 bucks and didn't even call and complain because the food was so bad I didn't want anythingelse from that nasty place. Been going to this west third street here in Dayton Ohio. My wife went to get us some dinner bowls and they was half of what... we'd usually get food was cold one of the bowls looks like it'd been dropped the staff are rude and look at us like we don'tbelong around there...GET A NEW LOCATION WITH SOME PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB NOT PEOPLE THAT ACT LIKE They'reDOING A PERSON THAT BUYS THEIR FOOD A FAVOR BY GIVING EM WHAT They've BOUGHT....AS soon as the person heard my wife's voice itwas miscommunication end result being shortage on food and very rude workers.
