This complaint has been ongoing for 4 months now. Corporate says they can't do anything about individual franchises. Then the... franchise ignores my complaint. Seems like more than just a problem with this location... Anyway, after waiting well over anhour for delivery, the food finally arrived with a soggy, oil soaked sandwich (after requesting light oil) that was completelydisintegrating after sitting in a bag for an hour, a single soggy napkin in the bottom of the bag, a half full drink that waswarm with ice completely melted, and crumpled bag of chips. $15 in the garbage. If corporate is reading this, don't botherreplying with the script of "Please reply at this link" that you seem to send everyone. I've been complaining to you via emailfor 4 months now. I ordered a sandwich and chips, and it took over an hour to get to me. I can get faster delivery from anywhere else! Save your... extra money and get delivery somewhere else because you can walk faster than they can deliver. Read more
This particular Jimmy Johns delivers CONSISTENTLY bad service. There is always something wrong with the order, they are usually... running late...it's really unbelievable. Usually it's bearable to have the wrong sandwich just for convenience but today wasridiculous. Today, I ordered a sandwich for delivery....AN HOUR LATER it still doesn't show up. I call and they say theydelivered it at the wrong place. Then they ask if I want another one....WELL YEAH! The delivery location is 2 minutes from thelocation, yet it takes 20 minutes for them to get here. The manager, Alex, tried to say that he "put it in the bag himself" butthen proceeds to say that the reason it was late, was because the delivery driver decided to go across town FIRST beforedelivering my order...in what world does it make sense to have your driver go across town before making a delivery to someonewho was already waiting over an hour because of your mistake? There was no attempt to rectify the situation, give a discount,refund, etc....and on top of that, he claims he put in the bag, but the sandwich was made incorrectly, they did not bring astraw, or mustard packets. Look at all the other reviews and you will see that something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this location.They should honestly be embarrassed. Read more
It?s 7:30 PM and this location is supposedly open till nine but it is closed. When I showed up the door was locked but I could... see an employee behind the counter so I asked From behind the locked door, are you closed? I said it loudly repeatedly. He justblank stared at me while making someone sandwich. After the longest minute of my life he made his way to the door just to openit and look at me in silence. I asked again are you closed he said yes with a blank stare. I left. This was the most awkwardinteraction I have had with a human being potentially ever. Like a robot pretending to be a human. Driver delivered to my business reeking of pot. My bag of food also smelled terrible. I immediately called and asked for a... refund. The manager said no since I received my food. I asked if I could bring it back for a refund. HE LAUGHED at me. Drivinghigh is dangerous and illegal. Shame on this business for promoting this behavior. I will never order again. Read more
