This complaint has been ongoing for 4 months now. Corporate says they can't do anything about individual franchises. Then the... franchise ignores my complaint. Seems like more than just a problem with this location... Anyway, after waiting well over anhour for delivery, the food finally arrived with a soggy, oil soaked sandwich (after requesting light oil) that was completelydisintegrating after sitting in a bag for an hour, a single soggy napkin in the bottom of the bag, a half full drink that waswarm with ice completely melted, and crumpled bag of chips. $15 in the garbage. If corporate is reading this, don't botherreplying with the script of "Please reply at this link" that you seem to send everyone. I've been complaining to you via emailfor 4 months now.
