I visited the drive thru on 10.21.22 for lunch 120ish. Waited in line a long time. Then the person at the window takes my cc and... gives it back. I get my food ask for receipt. First he says it's in the bag. Nope. Then he comes back and says he can't findit, it must of blown out the window. I'm at the window. He never gave it to me. You should always give a receipt to customers.Food was good, lasagne was a little salty. Next time I need my receipt that's good customer service. He could of charged meanything. Read more
I live in VA and I enjoy coming to visit my family in Dayton, Ohio and of course to eat great food. So, I was excited to try... Fazoli's b/c I love pasta, pizza, and they had a drive thru:) The first day I ordered pasta and pizza that night. Pizza wasokay, but the pasta was amazing and had garlic in it! The second day I went, I only got pasta, and it was during the day. Thecashier who took my money looked sweaty, overworked, and not clean at all. I should have known, then not to eat anything Ibought that day. I begin eating the pasta and traveled back to VA. I had to stop and go to the bathroom multiple times, mystomach was burning, and I kept shivering (my covid test was negative). I realized after going to the doctor I had really badfood poisoning (i.e., from uncleanliness.) I won't ever come back to eat here again. Management, please push handwashing amongstemployees and not to have the same employee handling germy money fixing food. Wow this store used to be awesome and the drive thru at night never used to take so long! ???? Since when does it take 25 min to... make precooked pasta and precooked sauce in a bowl and hand it out a window!? ???????????? What happen to that Evan guy??????? Evan was so polite! He was so fast and efficient in the dining room on Monday night. They were swamped for at least 2 hrs and he... didn't loose his cool once even when customers where being rude to him! I am so thankful that they have an employee like him!Please someone tell me your gonna make that man a manager! Went to Miller Lane location, fast service, love the breadsticks and that u can order just 2 pieces of pizza vs a whole one.... However for some reason my pizza had next to no sauce on it, only a little towards the back. Was still good though and sidesalad was good. Will go again if in the area. Read more
This has been my favorite Fazolis experience thus far. This is the first time out of every visit to Fazolis (2nd time at this... one on Miller Ln) where I saw the workers continually take care of the customers such as bringing extra breadsticks and checkingup on everyone. Maleea & Steven were very sweet and helpful. My husband was shaking and Steven right away gave me breadstickswhen asked. A lot of food for 3 people and took half of it home. Will def come back!! i?m not sure if it?s just that fazoli?s had tricked me during my childhood years they were top notch or that the business just... isn?t hitting the bar that it used to, because today during my visit i was nothing but disappointed. when i think of fazoli?s, ithink cheap, quick italian. and i guess i got what i paid for. i ordered chicken alfredo where the noodles were extremely hardand the alfredo was as thin and runny as water. the best part of it was the chicken which made it worth eating, but nothing towrite home about. now when i think of fazoli?s, the first thing i remember them by is the breadsticks. they?re infamous,they?re iconic, and they?re delicious, except on my visit today. it has been years since my last visit to a fazoli?s but ialways remember the hot, buttery goodness that was a fazoli?s breadstick. imagining in my head how amazing they used to be mademe order a 6 pack of them today. unfortunately what i received was a room temp, mushy, sad excuse of what was supposed to be abreadstick. these are the staple of this restaurant, in my opinion, and to be disappointed here was a last straw. i understand,there are other places that are better, and more expensive italian restaurants (by 10$ mind you) that i am perfectly capable ofeating at, but when i want quick, cheap italian i think of fazolis. i want to say i would come back, but unless somethingchanges, you?ll have one less customer coming through your doors.
