Cashier was unfriendly and short with us. Breadsticks that we received before we sat down were pretty good. Food took a long... time to get to the table. Everything was cold. The spaghetti was inedible. Rubbery and dry. There were 3 or 4 tables that hadnot been cleaned off. As we were finishing up, someone did come by and ask if everything was good. We said no and she offered toremake our order, which we declined. Completely disappointed. Read more

I always drive through, so I rated atmosphere a 3. Clearly it's a fast food place. The food is hot and decent for a quick pasta... dish. Read more

Pretty disappointed in this location after tonight. I prefer it over the moraine location but they consistently mess up little... things (usually forgetting side salad) and tonight did me in. I love fazolis, especially for the breadsticks which I realized Ididn?t receive when I got home ~15 minutes away so wasn?t worth to go back. I looked in the bag after exiting the drive throughand it seemed everything was there (tying the bags is kind of annoying tbh). Got home and what I thought was the breadsticks(even ordered extra) were empty breadstick bags separating my items. Reallly disappointed. Also, not sure it?s a money or supplyissue but please put the samplers back in the separated boxes instead of cramming everything in the little aluminum bowls Read more

My family (myself, my adult daughter, and our two boys both under 3) arrived at the Wilmington Pike location at 7:55pm. There... was already someone at the register being waited on and a couple in front of us. Both people's orders were taken and they took aseat in the dining room. When we stepped forward to place our order, we were told by a young red haired girl, I apologize, Imissed her name, that the dining room was now closed. We could order our food to go. I was very upset. I also was a littledumbfounded that this was happening. There was no signage to state they were closing early? And why had she waited on the peoplein front of us and they could be seated? I asked the girl how long that had been going on? Because they didn?t close at 8anytime I had been there before. She said she had worked there for 3 months and it was always that way. Unfortunately it turnedrather rude. I will admit my patience wore thin not understanding why the door says 10pm but she said 8. All the while, I'mholding my son, and my daughter is holding hers. And we are still hungry! I stormed out the door to take a picture of the actualsign on the door. And walked back in and yelled for the manager. I do apologize for that. When she was able to come to the frontof the store, I asked her why this girl told me the dining room was closed at 8pm when it clearly says it's open til 10. Themanager tells me ?Well we are short staffed? So your employee just blatantly lied to me. I can only assume because she's soyoung, that she figured she would have to clean up a mess from our kids. That's why she served the people without childreninstead of us. Kinda prejudice huh? Joke was on her though, I happen to own a food truck. I NEVER turn away a customer.Especially single moms with kids. It's a shame that this major goes on at your store. Read more

This was my first time back in about 15 years. The alfredo sauce was still disappointing, which is the only reason for the lower... rating. Alfredo sauce is supposed to be made with butter, heavy cream, and parmesan and should be luscious. Fazoli's version isoddly artificial in both taste and appearance. Neither of us ate even half our dinners. I've never tried their other dishes, which must be good, considering how much they sell. I just don't recommend any dish with their alfredo. The staff was friendlyand helpful. The store was clean. Prices are reasonable. Free refills on drinks. Parking seemed ample. We didn't visit therestrooms. The drive-through line gets VERY long at supper time, so much so that they've blocked off one of the exits from theparking lot to prevent cars backing up on the street. Read more

This place is a nightmare lately. I ordered DoorDash from this Fazoli?s location on January 16 after ensuring the store was... still open. I waited over an hour and the order was finally cancelled, at which point, most of my other dinner options werealready closed. The experience after that was very lackluster due to a specific employee. I asked a couple questions whenplacing my order and she didn?t give me a straight answer on either of them, making it seem like I was wasting her time. Then, she handed me my order without the drink I ordered and quickly closed her window. We sat and waited waving at her to let herknow, and when we did get her to open the window again she didn?t say anything when we told her what happened or when she handedus the drink. Despite being the store?s fault that we didn?t get our drink, it felt like we were being blamed and treated poorlybecause of it. I tried leaving a review after this experience multiple times and could not get the website to work. Tonight, around 7:30 PM, we attempted to visit this Fazoli?s again. The inside was allegedly open til 9, according to Fazolis website. The drive thru line was out of the parking lot, so we attempted to go inside. All doors were locked, so to the drive thru linewe went. I ordered pasta with tomatoes and broccoli. They were out of tomatoes, no big deal, but I paid like 2.50 for thetablespoon of broccoli that was added to my pasta (see photo for reference). I don?t know what?s going on with this store, butit needs help. Read more
