Worst experience ever. Horrible service alert!! I?ll begin with the servers unsettling attitude towards our table. The server... seemed very much annoyed and busy as she didn?t introduced herself, she asked questions about orders while exiting the area asguest are still speaking, not allowing her guest time to respond properly. The table had to ask for silverware, our drink orderswere messed up, even our food orders are missed up, she didn?t check anyones ID. We ordered one thing of cut fries and werebrought out waffle fries, which the server told us we wouldn?t be charged for them due to them not being what I order. It wasdefinitely on the bill. As we got our bills we were charged for only our meals, only after making payment did we learn that sheadded an 18% gratuity to each ticket without inform us. This waitress embarrassed me and my family with her overall annoyedattitude. Her lack of communication was horrible and she just brought us whatever she wanted to not what we ordered. If you wanta cool fun uplifting atmosphere continue your search this is not the place (location) for you. They don?t have taco salads any more. The waitress did not tell me. She just brought me a bowl with only had black beans and... rice and a little chicken you couldn?t even find it the chicken. Then she try and tell me that?s what I ordered. and said Iorder it I told her no I order a taco salad. Then she told me oh we don?t sell those any more. She did not bring me my sidesor sour cream. Just love this place staff wonderful friendly and up beat the food was great the only bad thing was the Drink Bad Juan it was... so bad ( just kidding it all in the name) but sooo darn GOOD????all at the same time. This is by far the cleanest and most visually attractive of the Elsa chain! There was only one glitch during our visit--the... ladies' bathroom was out of soap. However, it was quickly replaced after one request. My recommendation about Elsa's -- notmatter which location -- is that you go for fun and drinks, not food. The food is fine, but it's not what the restaurant isknown for. If you want an excellent and authentic Mexican meal, you should go elsewhere. But if you're looking for a fun placeto meet friends, any of the Elsa's are a good choice (but the original is very much cramped for space, especially since theregulars camp out there for the entire evening!) We are from G.A so one of our buddies took us out for dinner here. The place was ok clean few people only one waiter attending... two big parties alone. He was great actually. Received our food it wasn't what we are used to so we didn't touch it justwasn't made to our liking the Margaritas also aren't what we liked. But we definitely appreciated that they had my Thumblercup I left behind. I would go back again on our next trip maybe get wings and enjoy just hanging out there because they were okwith our loud laughs. Read more
