On Saturday morning around 8:40, I placed a mobile order and added 1 bismark donut when I got to the speaker. Before taking a... bite of the donut, I noticed the filling was more ivory than white. I split it open and it was a Boston cream donut. I went backto Dunkin and walked inside instead of the drive-thru. I was not greeted, instead I had to tell the two young women standing onthe other side of the register complaineing to one another to finish their conversation another time that I had an issue and itneeded to be addressed. The associate that did help seemed irritated that I told them they could talk later and that she had tostop the conversation. No apologizes for the inconvenience about the donut being the wrong kind or the fact that they werecarrying on a conversation while a customer was standing at the counter. I had a gift card to use at Dunkin' so I decided to try their Matcha Latte. Why does it taste like coffee?! ???? I've had matcha... before, so it's not like I didn't know what I was getting. I'm not a coffee drinker though and I can't stand the taste or smellof coffee. There is 100% something in this that tastes like coffee! I don't know if they messed up the drink and started acoffee drink and just dumped it out and started over in the same cup, or if they're just not cleaning their mixers/shakers well,but this is SO gross! Blech. ???? Update: After several attempts to get in touch with someone at Dunkin', I finally spoke withthe store manager a month after this visit. He explained their mixing process and he thinks that dirty supplies were probablyused when making this drink. He offered a replacement the next time I'm in the area. Read more
It's mid, sometimes they give you the right food sometimes they don't but either way uts cheaper than Starbucks.
