So I ordered lunch takeout and they added a tip section for online ordering on the website. Why? What additional out of the way... time-consuming service are they doing that requires a tip? And you're too scared not to tip because you're worried they mightspit in your food if you don't. So we give a tip around $3-$4 for 2 subs and I did curbside delivery. They never came out withthe subs. The person waited in the car for 10 minutes thinking they were busy and they just never bothered to come out. He wentin and they were like 'pickup? Here's your order.' That's it, no apology no explanation. So I don't get it, were they mad wedidn't tip higher? If the curbside delivery required a higher tip then they should have just said it flat out that there's acharge for it. I don't understand tipping for fast food. Sit down restaurants, salons, spas yes I get. But for this? I reallydont... Read more

No one was sitting inside, and my order was to go also. Place was spotless! Three young people behind the counter were friendly... and professional. Great sub, not afraid to load up the ingredients. Will be back on my next trip. Read more

DiBella's is our go-to place for a sub. Last week I walked in and ordered a medium meatball sub. The sub is big and feeds two... senior adults. It was the best meatball sub we've ever had. It was loaded with yummy meatballs, melted cheese, and wonderfulmarinara sauce. Perfection. The staff was courteous and accurately filled my order. The young lady who took my money for theorder was extremely pleasant. After I paid, took my order and left, I had to stay in the entryway of the restaurant as we werein the middle of a biblical thunderstorm including torrential rain. The young lady who took my payment, brought out an umbrellaand asked if she could walk me to my car. I declined as my car was within 20 feet of the door and I saw no reason for her to getdrenched but thanked her for her consideration. What a gem she is! Since COVID, customer service has been dwindling at manybusinesses. Some places view their customers with distain. This is not true at DiBella's. This is where all the good people havegone to work. I had never eaten here before. My daughter and I were traveling and happened to stop. Best decision!! I had a 7" sub and it was... AMAZING!! The employees weren't the friendliest but the food made up for it!! Hands down, the best sub I've had in a few years. If I ever make it that way again....I will DEFINITELY be back! Granted, the employees attitudes, were something I wouldn'tusually deal with but I was hungry. Thankful, I did. My daughter and I both loved our subs!! Read more

I ordered via Uber eats. I ordered a cheesesteak and potato chips. I received an empty wrapper. There was an empty white... wrapper wadded up inside the red dibella's outer wrapper. Interesting choice for a sandwich. I paid 20 dollars for this.Whether the restaurant did this ,or the uber eats delivery driver, it was uncool. Read more
