Placed order for delivery, was in the driveway at delivery address, after two hours passed I called them back,they said driver... showed and called, and there would be another delivery fee if I still wanted the pizza, she also said they would only reheat mypizza and not remake it.I checked my caller ID had no missed calls, garage was well lit, I was in the driveway cleaning mytruck the entire time finally got pizza three hours later and paid 9.99 just for the delivery verry poor customer service and Iwill never order from them again. Pizza was delivered in about 35 minutes. The bread sticks were delicious, the pizza was delicious as well. Only thing they... forgot was plates and napkins which we didnt have, but we survive without. Read more

Where?s the cheese for a philly cheese steak sub? I will never order from this location again. I called to ask about the portion... and apparently my order was made by a part owner and to specification of 2.75 ounces of cheese. Again, where?? Not to mentionthey do not have mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato etc for there subs for some odd reason. It was tasteless, plain and not worth themoney. So I love the discounts on the family pizza packages offered on Groupon. Definitely a great value. Imagine the disappointment on... my sons face when he saw this pizza. He doesn't eat pork, so I ordered him a beef pizza. Our pepperoni pizza was covered inpepperoni! This was more like a cheese pizza that they tossed a few pieces of beef on. Read more
So, Jennifer really really is the best!!!! Basically, There was a mishap in ordering, and she was like "honey, I'll remake it... and send it out if you want" like this is real customer service I would expect from my cousin... the pizza was good, the steakhoagie was exactly what it should've been with a splash of spice from the jalapeno... really solid meal for 2 or 3 and I spent35 bucks... the drivers do not carry change is the only star loss....
