It's okay at best. The staff isn't really nice or really rude just there. The store is always dirty and moving slow.
I was not impressed at all. The workers were really nice but we ordered a strawberry milkshake and what we got was strawberry... flavored milk. It did not taste like there was any ice cream in it. This was my first time to Cold Stone and I am not sure Iwill be going back. Read more
I have been to this location twice. Waited over 30 minutes to get ice cream both times. Staff seems overwhelmed and is pretty... rude on top of it. It clearly suffers from poor management and understaffing. Avoid at all costs, don't waste your time. Read more
Excellent ice-cream, super slow and uninspiring service. The upper management needs to visit this location, I've visited it... twice in two days (Cold Stone is by far my favorite ice-cream) and the service was super slow, the young folks working therewere not trained properly (they habitually broke the clients' ice-cream cups, then they'd just scoop up the ice-cream and put itin a new one, not to mention the dirty, slippery floors where they were working. There seems to be no leadership at thislocation, and they still seem to cater to the online orders while there's a long line inside the parlor (just turn off theflipping Door-Dash, never understood Door-Dashing ice-cream anyway, wouldn't it arrive all liquified?). Just imagine how muchbetter this would be with the proper training and management in place, I've personally witnessed at least a dozen people comein, gauge the speed of the line, then leave. I'll personally take a little break from the Banana Caramel Crunch and theStrawberry Blonde for a little while and hope that something will be done in the meantime. Read more
I got the Founders Favorite.....ice cream, pecans, brownie, caramel & fudge syrup and I added white chips. DELICIOUS!!! Staff... was friendly. I would have given it 5 stars, but it's a little pricey. Read more

Ice cream is standard cold stone creamery, very delicious. Staff was indifferent, incredibly slow and had to be asked more than... once for the same thing: Can I have chocolate? Sorry, can I have chocolate? Sorry again but I don?t want vanilla can I pleasehave chocolate? Excuse me, but it says this should have pecans. No, really, it?s written on the board behind you?.the pecansshould be in the mix. Then he charged me for pecans because he forgot it wasn?t an extra add in (yes, really!!).
