I ALWAYS have a WONDERFUL experience, dining on FANTABULOUS ice creams that can make your heart swoon ... & CHEERS to the... WELCOMING, WISE and WARM staff, including Ms. Brandi, who "hipped" me to the DECADENT Banana Bread ice cream and Ms. Maycee ...THEY are THEE BOMB and THAT FLAVOR is "ARRRRRRRYTHAAAANG"!! ???????????????? *UPDATE I should NOT have referenced myexperiences using "ALWAYS" ???????????????????? I have had GREAT visits at this location until this Saturday, 10/28/2022 at6:20 (est.) pm. Behind the counter were four young workers: 1 Black female, 1 Black female, 1 White female and 1 White malenamed Mr. Brayden S., who ended up waiting on me. Excluding Mr. Brayden, they just talked among themselves, ignoring me andother customers as the line steadily grew. They remained huddled in the far corner near the register, appearing to drag ontheir task, whatever that could have been, so the next person would not have to wait on the next customer. When I asked theyoung Black server if/when she was going to take my order because she finally came close to where customers are to wait, sherolled her eyes, sighed in exasperation and mumbled an incomprehensible response to me! An elderly White couple visiting fromCalifornia (we carried on a conversation as we were on line for an abnormal amount of time for Cold Stone) also inquired aboutbeing ignored, to which the workers feigned looking confused. As Mr. Brayden moved to wait on me, the wife of the West Coastcouple expressed that these were "the weirdest group of young people, hired to work but not wanting to serve!" She asked for amanager to which I didn't hear a worker's response but she exclaimed she wished one was there so she could report this incident... and then the couple promptly left without being served. Went to this location a couple of weeks ago and got a huge piece of plastic in my ice cream. I contacted the owner to them... know, as I had already left the restaurant and was accused of lying. I was told that they reviewed the security footage andtalked to their employees and they couldn't confirm my story. When I responded, incredulous, they came back with a sob storyabout how hard it is to be a business owner and how people are always trying to scam them, but they would send me a gift card. A family member of mine ordered coffee ice cream and my family member said it was freezer burnt or didn?t taste right. We all... tried it and it barely tasted like coffee at all, it tasted like just ice and milk. We tried to let the girls know that itdidn?t taste right and if we could just get something different. The girls laughed and continued to laugh because we mentionedit tasted like ice milk. Which it isn?t hard to understand ice milk. Ice milk means ice and milk. The girls were veryunprofessional and continued to sit and laugh and talk about ?Ice milk? Hahahahahaha?. As a customer, the issue should?ve justbeen fixed and the provider should?ve been understanding? not laugh in our faces. These girls then stated they knew the coffeeice cream wasn?t made right and continued to serve it. This raises a lot of food safety concerns for this business. If you knowsomething wasn?t made right, you immediately fix the issue. Don?t continue to serve it, which it looked like the coffee icecream had been served many times already. This location on Miller Lane gets pretty busy. Currently open til 10 on Fri and Sat, 9 Sun-Thurs. Nice small patio with a little... indoor seating as well. The young staff works really hard to make your ice-cream just right! Read more
After an early dinner I decided to have ice cream with the family. We stopped into this local cold stone and noticed that they... were highly busy but we really wanted the sweets. The team of two did an awesome job making sure that every person was takencare of within the store.As the line cut with growing longer they still kept their cool and served every guest with a smile anda greeting and make sure that everyone?s ice cream was made to perfection. They did a great job! My ice cream is great, my kidsloved it, I just wish there was more staff on shift for them to be even more successful. Read more
Will update if they acknowledge and fix my issue- I placed an order for cupcakes, cupcakes have a 24 hour turn around time, so... my kiddos were super anxious to get them since they'd been waiting. We went to a Halloween party, got stuck at a stand still onI75 and when we make it home there's a milkshake and 2 ice cream cups not the $45 I spent on cupcakes that my kids were soexcited to devour. That was disappointing! I then call the store which was open according to their website but nobody wouldanswer- it was 945pm they close at 10pm. I hope the person who got my order appreciated it because it ruined our evening. Read more
