Let me first say, Cassano's has been a childhood past time to me. & Even though I moved away from Miami Valley, everytime I... return to town I will get Cassano's. Never will I ever enter this store or spend my money here. Customer service was horrible.What makes it even worse, I put the order in on line. Ordered exactly what I wanted. Went in to the store 10 mins beyond thetime it was to be ready& the didn't even make the right sandwich. Then lied to my face and said she was packaging it and she wasactually making it.
