Awful experience. I left after ten minutes of no one taking my order. They came on speaker to say "one minute" then nothing.... After 8 minutes they took cars in other lane and wouldn't respond to me. Read more

Absolutely repulsively malicious staff and I will be taking it up to corporate. Refused to serve us after being rude to us on... the speaker and not listening when we pulled up to the window. I have a medical condition and need to eat when I need to eat.This behavior was completely disgusting and she needs to be addressed. She is an old woman with a witch nose and a long blondeponytail working the drive thru. Didn't seem polite enough to be management, so management, please don't keep giving her chanceswhen you know all the reviews are about her!!! Read more

Very slow. First I sat at the drive through Kenny for just under 10 minutes. Then they did not seem to want anyone sitting at... the drive through window where they could be seen. Had me sit at the 1st window, that was obviously not being used, until theywaved out of the 2nd window for me to pull forward. They then took my payment, handed me drinks, and had me pull up to thesidewalk. 30 seconds later they walked out with my food. Why didn't I just stay at the window for those 30 seconds? Nonapkins, no sauces as requested, no onions on one Whopper as there should have been. Poor service, and a very weird situationin all. Read more

There service is always slow! Seems like they always have a serious short staffing issue this isn't my first time going here and... has been like this for months This is a fast food service they need to improve on their staffing so they can have quickerservice they make you wait at the first window when there's nobody even at the second window which is holding up the line what'seven the point in doing that?? Terrible service Unorganized I had Missing items so I had to remind them to put them in thebag. Once again it has been months that I go to this Burger King and they still are always slow even with 2 people in thedrive-through it's not like It's packed like chick fil a they Don't have that many people in the drive-through and they arestill slow. Free style machine in the dine in area had no flavors available which is the purpose of the free style machine. When it was... brought up, the manager said Burger King only gives them so much budget and that is not in their budget to have differentflavors. The regular pops were all flat as well. If you have a free style machine then different flavors should be availableand if not just have regular pop machine in the lobby. Finally, the manger was quick to throw Burger King under the bus insteadof apologizing. Read more

If you?re in a hurry, don?t be tempted by their completely empty drive thru line. It seems like everyone has figured you may be... waiting at the speaker for ten minutes before they take your order. It?s been this way for at least a year. Read more

1. ~30 minute total wait in drive thru with 2 cars in front of us and didn't see anyone dining in (there could have been a... couple cars in the lot). People were getting out of drive thru line the wait was so long... felt like the BMV. 2. "Large" onionrings were smaller than "small" fries, and even the fries were on the skimpy side. See image. 3.
