Milk was not steamed warm enough for a proper espresso drink. It was luke warm. Sugar was all on bottom of drink, not mixed into... espresso (and then with milk). Lacked flavor. Really disappointed. Read more
Have been visiting this location for years, stopped in today to get my usual chi latte. Wanted to order a peanut butter... cookie...and ALL of the baked goods were burnt! When I asked if they'd be willing to discount the items because they wereburned...one of the employees proceeded to say..."She didn't know how to do that." Why not? Out of the past six times I?ve been there, ordering a white chocolate Milky Way almond milk with no whip seems to be an issue!... Four of the six times I have had to hand my drink back to the window and reiterate to them I ordered ?white? chocolate. Thatbeing said, today, June 11, 2022 approximately 3:40 PM I order the same drink on ice as usual, plus one hot of the same thing. Itell the girl at the window (Sierra) to please make sure it is white chocolate because so many times already I have had to handit back to them due to a lack of attention to detail. At this point she has the audacity to tell me she knows how to do her joband so does her workers! Well if that was the case Sierra, why have I just chalked it up to a mistake, handed it back and waitedpatiently for the right beverage to be made AGAIN. Now I don?t typically complain but after today?s interaction I feel as thoughit is absolutely necessary. Not only is it necessary but maybe corporate can take a look at the cameras which my hope is theyalso have the entire interaction in sound because at the pick up window once she handed me my beverages I told her it was rudeof her to say that and that I was only trying to emphasize the fact that I wanted white chocolate so many times in the past,also without complaining and yet they have still messed my order up. At which point she said my comment was rude slammed thewindow shut and walked away? OK, if it wasn?t for the fact that Boston Stoker has the best coffee around I would never be back.If it wasn?t for the fact that my wife, myself as well as my kids and many of my fellow UPS employees purchase a lot of coffeefrom the store but more importantly I simply hope corporate sees this and deals with the issue immediately. In no way shape orform was there any sort of Customer Service kept in mind by Sierra during this interaction. I ordered a large drink with light ice. I order light ice because I sip on my coffee all day and it gets watered down. This is... the second time they served it half full.
