Milk was not steamed warm enough for a proper espresso drink. It was luke warm. Sugar was all on bottom of drink, not mixed into... espresso (and then with milk). Lacked flavor. Really disappointed. Read more
Have been visiting this location for years, stopped in today to get my usual chi latte. Wanted to order a peanut butter... cookie...and ALL of the baked goods were burnt! When I asked if they'd be willing to discount the items because they wereburned...one of the employees proceeded to say..."She didn't know how to do that." Why not?
