Got 6 roast beef sandwiches and 1 Gyro. 35 dollars! I said "What! Is Biden President? She made some derogatory statement about... Trump, and I waited on my Food and left. I ate 1 sandwich and my Gyro. My girlfriend ate two sandwiches and my friend ate onlya few bites of a sandwich. My girlfriend got extremely sick, vomiting and Diarrhea. All night long! My friend was sick for 3days. I experienced stomach cramps. I've been fighting with them now for 9 weeks with no resolve. All I want is my money backbut told them if I don't get resolve soon I'll be forced to take them to court! Like other businesses, covid took its toll andsome are not fully staffed yet. I wish the food hot/ fast food is now knowing as going cold, if they get the order right at all, but we going raise the price... Arby's is now #2 place I won't be going back to Bob Evans being #1. At the time I visit it was only drive thru, they had thelobby close. Read more

I can't write a review if I don't have any stars and one is being generous. Worse experience I have had, and I'm a trucker, like... worst ever! Anyone would be able to tell the difference between fresh, an oily because it's been sitting. I asked for the twofor six fish sandwich, fresh patties, and got the oldest of the old. Not to mention that I waited in line, for the time it wouldhave taken for fresh patties to be dropped and brought up. My daughter was with me, who used to work for in Arby's, that hermanager, or general manager operates this particular location, Brad I think is his name. We placed our order,and I'm really glad that I looked inside the sandwich, before taking a bite. So gross. Dried ,very old end... parts of beef in my sandwich!! I fed it to the strays. Almost every place is dine-in. Fast food restaurants on both sides are dine-in. They dont have issues with employees either.... Nothing like parking and getting out with family to eat in with the doors locks. At least put a sign up saying your the onlyrestaurant still drive thru only.
