Went to the Arby's on Miller's Lane and only the drive thru was open at 2 pm in the afternoon. They got the order wrong and I... had to wait on it and it not like they were busy! The guy working didn't know how to use a gift card and he asked the the otherguys if they knew how and they said they didn't either so I had to use cash and there was no trash cans anywhere in the parkinglot! If you are not going to open the dining room, at least set out some trash cans! Read more
Don't believe the posted hours, they close whenever they want. Before, it was 10pm. Now I show up at 9pm and all they say to me... is "CLOSED" over the speaker. They're lazy and stop working whenever they want. I could see four workers inside eating and doingnothing. Read more
Fish basket was good. Service not so much. Very lackluster. No tarter sauce for fish. There are so few of these restaurants... left. I hope they don't let their employees shutdown another. Read more
Cold old fries ... Chocolate shake was undrinkable due to the over use of chocolate syrup. Window worker acted if she was being... inconvenienced. Sandwich was good..... Very sad... I used to love Arby's....I will not be back. Read more
