BEWARE of Wendy?s ?Traffic Cop? Manager ! I went to Wendy?s on Hwy. 400 in Dawsonville yesterday to grab some food and although... all of the restaurants around them were lined up with cars, I noticed they only had one car on the lot and it was at the drivethru window, so as I came in the drive I pulled right up to the speaker to place my order and was immediately greeted by awomans voice saying ? You came in the wrong way, I cannot take your order. You need to circle the building and come back to thespeaker?. I said are you kidding? And she said no, I can not take your order if you do not come to the speaker the right way.I pulled up to the window and asked again why she wouldn?t take my order. That makes no sense. There is no one else in line oron the property. Why should I have to circle the building first? The lady replied that I approached the speaker from the wrongdirection so that was reckless driving and she couldn?t serve me. I explained I had pulled in slowly and safely and simply madea u turn to the speaker. There are no signs on the property and no lines on the pavement directing me to drive around thebuilding so what rule or ?law? did I break? She repeated she could not serve me because I broke the law. I asked if she was alaw enforcement officer and she said she was the store manager. I told her well she apparently wanted to be a cop because as aWendy?s manager her job was to serve the customers and provide good customer service and she was doing neither. I was notdriving recklessly but in my opinion she was bordering impersonating an officer. I told her I would be making a complaint withher company and she asked me to leave and not come back. I complied with her request and now I understand why they were the onlyrestaurant around with no customers. I suppose she has run them all off. Stolen credit card by employee. She gave it to her daughter who took it and left one hour. Lied about who manager was and closes... at times 20-25 min early. Today they said no fine in because they decided to do drive through only. Rude to me and my family. Read more
The worst Wendy?s- like, the very WORST. Every single time I come here, they take forever. I am in the drive through right... now, and have been here for 25 minutes for an order of 10 nuggets. The line wasn?t even that long!!!! If wasn?t for my pickychildren, I would have left, but I?m desperate. The employees aren?t friendly (never even acknowledge the delay), the food israrely fresh, and the wait times are insane. I honestly don?t know how they do any business!! I won?t be coming back? I Really don't like going to a fast food restaurant and having no choice but to pull and Wait. We waiting over 30 minutes... without a way (respectfully) to get our money back. After 34 minutes the food was cold. We left. Good luck. Read more

Waited 45 minutes for a baconator that looked like this. Also received eight nuggets in my ten piece. Could not go in because... dining is closed and they hung up on me 20 times when trying to call.
