Ordered a ham & cheese omelet. When it came the cheese was not melted inside the omelet and it was cold to the touch. Wanted... coffee. Was told they would brew some new. Never received the coffee. Also ordered hamburger to go. Later when I went to eat itthe meat was charred on both sides. It was not edible. The Waffle House corp just doesn't give a #_@&- anymore about itscustomers but the bathroom was impressive. It was the cleanest men's room I had ever been in. Now I know what their prioritieswere. Busy for a Thursday night. Certain tables blocked off and every other seat was taken. Only 3 people on shift and only one of... them was tending tables. We were going to dine in and decided to take it to go instead. Personally, I am not a Waffle House fanbut it was the only thing open at the time and to be honest, the hashbrowns were on point! They were the best ones I've had yet.Kudos to the young man who was the cook tonight. Trina was the waitress and although she was completely covered up and runningfrom customer to customer, she still managed to have a good attitude and even a smile. And she remembered my order from thenight before.....yes we ate there two nights in a row.....smh. Those hashbrowns though - delicious! Read more

My daughter and I went to this location for breakfast. There were only two other patrons there, which had already ordered. This... male waitress looked at me and said that he will be with us. This male went behind the counter with the other three(3) workers,as my daughter and I proceeded to watch them talk and play around, while still not being served, not even drinks. After about 15mins, I make a hand motion to one of the waiters, she came to me and asked, "what do you want"? I replied, "for someone to takeour order. She responded, in a rude tone, "he said that he would be with you". Extremely poor customer service and I sincerelyhope that the color of our skin, had nothing to do with it. Read more
Best experience at a waffle house I've had ever. My waitress Terisa not only took my order but cooked and brought it at. Coffee... and water already served. As we chatted about things for a few minutes 9 people walked in two tables of 4 and 1 at the counter.In less than 20 minutes she had done them the same. I couldn't help but tip her well and applaud her. The restraunt was cleanfrom top to bottom. Get it done don't complain shine when can. Read more
