First time going to Honey Baked Ham. Ordered the Tavern club, a ham classic and the smashed potatoes. The meat proportions were... very generous. The sandwiches were the best we have ever had. The smashed potatoes were equally amazing. Will definitely beordering from here again. Read more

I have to admit when I entered my expectations were low, I was just looking for a "deli" sandwich and a quick place to eat. What... I found is only something I will definitely return for. Last Friday I was looking for a sandwich shop for lunch in Dawsonvilleand started the Yelp app with a search for deli and sandwich. Under the "sandwich" search I came across Honey Baked Ham. I hadseen it before when driving up GA 400 but never really paid much attention. What a pleasant surprise! When I walked in, twostaff members were working, one lady who was taking orders and making recommendations and a gentleman who was asking questionsabout how customer preferred their order. I took my time perusing the over counter wall-mounted menu board and finally decidedon the Tavern Club. I was asked if I wanted any sides and how I preferred my bacon cooked. The sandwich was just amazing, afull half pound of meat; ham, smoked turkey breast, bacon ( I ordered my crispy), cheddar cheese, tomato, mayo, and honeymustard served on whole grain bread. My sandwich was brought to my table. Your drinks are served at a self-service drink stationand are available with free refills. The service could not have been more friendly and helpful during my visit. This isdefinitely my new go-to place when I am looking for a sandwich in Dawsonville. Read more
Best sandwiches in the county and super affordable! The staff was quick, attentive and friendly. I will be back for sure!! Try... the Tavern Club on a croissant. The special HoneyBaked Ham sauce is what makes the sandwich so delicious! They also sell slicedham by the pound to take home and make your own sandwiches with! Read more
The employees are always very nice and the food is always good. I wish there was more outside seating, I know it's just a... sidewalk area but 2 or 3 tables with a couple of chairs would be nice. The current table outside is terrible for holding drinks,it needs a solid top. Those are petty complaints though. Read more
