Ice cream is very good. You can make your on combination of flavors with your own topping.
Dropped in today for the first time. Cool atmosphere and very clean store. Guy behind the counter was helpful with suggestions... as I settled on the cookies n cream shake. Then, I noticed the strawberry caramel shortcake. I'll have to try that one nexttime! Read more
They barely have any ice cream flavors anymore. Service has gone down hill!!! I ordered three kids ice creams (1 scoop) they... waited until after they handed them to us to tell us they had no spoons. The workers were having private conversations out loudwhile working in front of children. It was a bad experience, the ice cream wasn?t worth the price and the service was horrible.Lastly they have cut their flavor list in half and we?re only half stocked on the flavors they do still offer. Such a horrible experience. Had my 5 year old daughter design her birthday cake to the last detail and ordered it on a Monday to... be picked up on the following Saturday at 11. Got a call 5 minutes later to confirm the order and cake sizes. I arrived at 11 topick up the cake and the place was closed. Someone finally came to the door and said they were on "Winter" hours, though no signwas posted. After asking about my cake, they hesitated but finally agreed to give it to me. They searched around, and couldn'tfind it, and finally said it hadn't been made and will take more than an hour to make it. I asked to cancel and they told me tocall back once opened so a manager would be there. I called later, and they said I had to come in to do the cancellation. Thenext day I went in and of course their systems were down, so I still couldn't cancel my order. I asked if I could cancel overthe phone once the systems are back up, which they agreed to. I finally was able to cancel the order the following Monday, andall they needed was the card number used. Read more
The ice cream is good BUT none of the Employees wear masks even at the height of all the cases last month. Also, be prepared to... be ignored for service while the same two girls as always are at the back counter talking on end about their personal life andwhatever else is deemed more important than helping customers. The one dark haired girl always has an attitude but I can kind ofsee why, being forced to work the customer counter alone. Read more
Sadly the poor reviews are true. Ordered a Marble Slab ice cream cake and it wasn't ready well after pickup time. When I arrived... the staff seemed friendly (thus the 2 stars) but said it wasn't ready, didn't explain why and didn't tell me how much it wasn'tready. We waited and waited and went to another store then came back. Thankfully we weren't on a tight schedule. When I receivedthe cake the name was misspelled which she fixed after I pointed it out. Now I was in a hurry at this point to get on with myday so I didn't look close enough to the rest of the cake details. I packed it on a cooler with ice packs even though it waswinter temps.The border flower icing decorations had already starting sliding off the top of cake. I didn't realize how poorlythe cake was done until I got it home. It turned out to be a disappointment. Barely resembled the pictured example. The weirdgooey icing used never set and was drippy even after placing in our freezer for hours. It was the wrong consistency that wouldnever freeze solid or set. The taste was off. This was my first time ordering an ice cream cake from this location. The cakepresentation was an embarrassment for an important occasion and I paid $35 for this?! If I could have given a zero star review I would. Stopped in this evening and was the worst marble slab experience I have had... anywhere. They did not have any fruit not even a banana to use as a mix in. Decided to just get two cups of ice cream withoutany additions and it seems they don?t have any lids for the cup?s either. Since I walk with a cane it was difficult to handlethe ice cream and the cane so I asked if I could have a bag?.out of bags as well. Factor in the flippant attitude of the staffand it is apparent that training and or supervision is much needed at this location. Read more
