Always seems busy yet staff did an amazing job getting the lines down and still produced a quality meal!!
So I came in on Sunday July 23rd. and ordered the Cajun Chicken medium Sub. When I got about half way through my sub a piece of... plastic had gotten into my sub. I bit into and when I let Jacob the cashier know his exact words to me were ?And? It?s just thebread tab? This piece of plastic was of zero concern. This could?ve been a potential choking hazard. I?m just glad this didn?thappen to a child as this review may have been a completely different one. It?s safe to say that I won?t be coming back. Ididn?t even ask for a refund, I just wanted to let someone know about the safety issue a small piece of plastic couldpotentially do. Read more
Never will go back. Did not listen to my special instructions on my order for my son with food allergies. I got all the way... home, sat down to get and his was opposite of what I asked for! I had to leave home with him sitting at the table with chips anda cookie with my husband a druve all the way to Dawsonville and all the way back home for him to have the sandwich I ordered. Icalled to tell them I was on the way, it was 10 till 9pm. The guy that answered said, you have to get here by 9am for us to makeanother one. Ridiculous! I visit this location several times per month. Always friendly faces(behind masks of course,) a warm welcome, and quick service.... I have never been disappointed in the quality of their sandwiches. Read more
Very good sandwiches here. This location has very nice and friendly staff. Fresh tasting subs made quickly and correct. (Ordered... food around 8:10pm) It was a takeout order and also was reasonably priced. Read more
Stopped in for lunch at this Firehouse location. I went with a different sandwich choice from a special they had today, a medium... Reuben for $6.39. Firehouse normally offers friendly service with a clean dining room and they are fast getting you your freshmade food after you order. This location was consistent in all those areas and is a place I will return when looking for a sub. Read more
