90 minutes before closing, all donuts are pulled off the shelf and put on the dispose of rack. Then the little man at the... register tells us ?we?re closing soon so we?d appreciate you not moving the furniture?. Didn?t ask what we?d like, if he couldhelp us, just don?t move the furniture. What? We same to get coffee and a donut. Not again. We left. I won?t give this placemy business again. Will they care? Nope. Neither do I. How can DD be possibly bad? Undercooked doughnuts and burnt coffee at this facility. Drive thru was very slow. It took... approximately 15 mins w only 3 cars in front of me. The cashier was incompetent. DD is one of my favorites, but not thisone. Read more

I love this Dunkin'! The staff is always so friendly and happy to be there which is refreshing compared to some other locations... I have been to. I do not have a complicated order but I get it wrong a lot. I get a Coconut Refresher with no ice. I cannot doice because my teeth are sensitive and I get brain freezes really easily which can also give me a migraine. I also cannot drinktea but it will also give me a migraine. I know, crazy. Trust me, I've seen many doctors on my migraines. It's a big problem andridiculous. Anyways, I cannot do the tea refresher. I have to either have coconut milk or the lemonade one but there are somany times at other Dunkin' locations where I always have to bring it back because I got tea instead of coconut. I alwaysemphasize coconut when I order as well. Anyways, this location has yet to disappoint me. I also get exactly what I order andwith a smile too. This Dunkin' location drive thru line can get crazy busy but honestly, I think the line moves prettywell. Although, when I did order a refresher for my husband I asked for less ice and it was most definitely not less ice but Ifeel like that specifically can be different from person to person which is why I ask mine for no ice. The staff is generally very friendly and nice. The lines are ridiculous and the food/coffee is just ok. Today was worse than... normal. I ordered an English muffin with sausage and cheese and it was burnt beyond being edible. The person making it must havenoticed and still thought it was fine to wrap up and serve. I go there every morning and evening. Love everyone that works there, and they always get my order right. Very friendly, very... clean. They try their best to get the line moving when it's busy at the drive through. Cannot say enough good things about thisplace and the people that work there. Read more
