I thought I would give this place a chance or two, but after this last experience, I am done. I order their stupidly salty... cilantro lime rice with steak and a drink. I was super unsatisfied, but hey, it's fine. What's not fine is the cashier! I asked,very clearly, if I could split the payment between cash and card. She looked confused, but she took my 10 and then proceeded totell me to swipe my card. I did. She must have pocketed the 10 because it charged the FULL 16 to my card! If they rectify thismistake, I will be fine, but as of now I am beyond furious because that 10 was given to me to pay for the bulk of the food!Totally wasted, and now my bank account is an extra 10 lower than anticipated. Such a bad location and manager has bad attitude . Everyday get lunch from Chipotlane and they keep missing each items every... time, burnt chicken , leaked burrito bowl, etc etc. today I waited to talk to manager as there was no silver ware and she didnot even come to window. But same staff lady who handed out my lunch with bad attitude. I pay a lot not to have burnt chickenmissing my drink, glucomole I pay extra for that. Ridiculous location. One of the worst chipotles. We mainly order to go online. One time our burrito was just completely spit open, wrapped up and... given to us, I guess knowing we won?t see it until we get home. Multiple times we have ordered veggies on our bowls and theyjust don?t do it. Other times they just don?t add on ingredients. They are out of guacamole a lot and in turn, you cannot ordera veggie bowl which is importamt for those vegetarian customers like my wife. We live 2 mins away and the food is always cold.They also can?t seem to control how much they add of each portion to bowls as we have received bowls half the size of normalchipotles, what seems like triple the amount of sour cream, and always seem to be skimpy on meat. If you decide to go to thisplace, go inside so you actually watch them make your bowl so you know you getting what you want. But in the end, it?s not hardto go down the line and pick out what was ordered consistently. Read more
I guess in hard times to find people to actually work, you have to settle for sub par employees. Door and online states this... place is open till 10 pm, got here and tried door at 9:40 and three young, useless kids stared at me through the door andthought it was funny to close early. Then watched a group of 3 also try to come in, guess Chipotle is fine with losing moneythat easily and giving it to people that don?t deserve it. Used to come to this place all the time, never again. This is the final straw ordering from this Chipotle. It has not been the only time we have ordered food to pick up where we have... been ripped off. This is supposed to be double rice and double chicken. For the price we pay, we expect to get what we paidwithout having to double check the our order is correct. Read more
