We ordered a delivery through the Bojangles app. An 8 piece family meal and some sides. Our doordash driver called us and said... that the store told him they didn't have the order. We called the store, and they informed us that it would take an hour just tomake the chicken. When we asked them to cancel it, they said they couldn't. The fact that they didn't reach out to us to let usknow, and that they couldn't cancel the order was extremely frustrating. Read more
I ordered two dinners. One came with incorrect chicken pieces, the other came with one side (not the two I paid for), and... they've assumed I'll do nothing about this as they were smiling and laughing through it all. Now I know why there were ZEROother cars there when I went through during the dinner rush. What a nasty rip off! And don't bother calling as there CustomerService complaint line is strictly online now. BEWARE! Don't stop at this place passing by off 400 near N GA Outlet Mall. Read more

Worst customer service ever. They were very rude did not give us the right food and didn't give us drinks with a combo. We were... called curse words and had our card thrown at us. A big thank you to Sam the shift manager who managed to pull together 48 biscuits, lots of gravy, and lots of tea for me with... absolutely no notice at 7am on a Monday morning when it was busy as you know what around the drive thru and it was only her andone other person working. My husband went this morning and got us each a sausage biscuit. He come straight home we are maybe 10 min from store.... Unfortunately the biscuits were cold and the sausage was dried out. Not sure what is going on but its seems evertime we getbreakfast from there it is bad. No more, last time I will go there. I dont even want to give one star. Read more
I really had a taste for some fried chicken and this was the only option around. It was decent, but the chicken needed some more... seasoning. The customer service was fine. This restaurant is ill prepared for service. I have tried on 3 different occasions to get a meal here and each time they were... out of what I ordered. When you go to a place that speciflly serves chicken and they do not have enough chicken for a threepiece meal there's something wrong. They need to do better. Read more
