Ordered 4 fresh pretzels . Staff got a attitude about it ...took 25 mins for that. Then when I got it ...IT TASTED LIKE SOAP OR... BLEACH OF SOME TYOE OF CHEMICAL ON IT....I called corporate on them...never out of all my years had this happen....this placeneeds to be evaluated by health department. Read more
We were out enjoying a little shopping and like always we have to stop at Annie's Pretzels. I always get the pretzel mini dogs... and Lemonade. Well today my pretzel mini dogs tasted like soap or detergent. When I took them back, the younglady quickly saidit was some type of ingredient they used to maintain color,either way it wasn't agreeing with me.She didn't want remake and justput cinnamon sugar on the same mini dogs. . I came here waited online and was given burnt mini dogs. After i asked for a new batch (mind you, i NEVER left the line) i was... told that they had to be cooked like that (black mini dogs). Once i came to my kids to show them, the girl (a worker) came to meand asked me if i wanted a new batch i said yes and she rudely removed the cup i already had from my hand an threw it away. Imean she didnt have to snatch it and in other places they leave the order since i already had it. Read more
You must taste the pretzel from this store, if you come this Outlet mall first time experience. Taste good but very few chairs.
