I ordered 4 sandwiches online with specific instructions requesting them all to be toasted in writing against the special... instructions . Reached the Restaurant asked the gentleman at the cash as well as a lady who helped me get some condiments ,whether the sandwiched have been toasted etc. They said yes. I had also requested for some forks and plates. The gentleman hadpacked one fork, because we also had an order for a salad. He said I have followed all your requests . We were heading out on along drive and once we reached our destination I realised that none of our special instructions had been followed unfortunately. I spent over 50$ on the order and am very disappointed at the lack of interest or even consideration for following specialinstructions ! So much for caring for your customer Atlanta Bread Company. Pastrami/greek salad and turkey bacon avocado/cobb salad are both excellent combos. Moe, the manager, remembered my order after... the first visit and has always been incredibly friendly and prompt on every visit since. Definitely one of the better ABClocations in the surrounding area. And the chocolate chip coolies are almost good enough to keep you from going to the CrumblCookie a few doors down. Read more

I always get the ABC and the tomato basil soup or the house salad and every SINGLE time I come, I get the same rude, cold, and... callous worker that acts like he?s been held by gunpoint to be here. Never says ANYTHING when I come in, get the food, or after.Horrendous customer service. Like sir if you hate your job that much, get one you are happy with because spreading that negativeenergy to people spending their hard earned money here is unacceptable and not going to be tolerated by me. The food is alreadykinda expensive so the least that worker can do is have some manners and be warm to customers coming in. Will be going toanother Atlanta Bread location to get my favorites. Located near outlet malls, this is the perfect place to take a break. It's basically a sandwich/salad/soup place with a decent... selection of food and beverages.
