like the food.... but quit putting the little butters on top of a hot chilli cup, i get home and open the bag and its just... butter everywhere. Heat onto butter = meltage. this has happened over 10 times and im finally pulling out the keyboard tomention this. it literally makes for a full cleanup before i can eat and by that time the foods cold. auauauaugaugG! The staff are friendly and the coffee gets served fast. Unfortunately one of my co-workers had a bad experience though with how... long it took for some sandwiches to get made which held us up before going to work, so if you have a bigger order? You need toorder ahead of time or you might be stuck waiting for a while Read more

I don't understand why you have 8 people running around and I'm the only one in line and it still takes 5 minutes to get served.... I understand you try to prioritize the drive thru but why even keep the lobby open if you don't have anyone to help out of 8visible people. And 5 minutes isn't an exaggeration, it was closer to 6 minutes and had 4 different people, including themanager, walk by to whom I said hello every single time just to be ignored. I understand you have priorities and I'm justanother customer, but at least say I'll be with you in a minute or something. Not a great start to the morning Read more
