I really like this Taco Bell. I don't like the paper bag they use now to carry out your food with. I live on the third floor and... it is hard to carry the bag and drinks. The plastic bag with handles was so much easier to carry. I try to remember to grab abag from home but sometimes I forget. Read more
I've been here a total of 5 times, and not once did I get what I ordered. Not only that, but what they do make, they make... incorrectly. For example, I got 2 burritos that were made with the fillings stacked end-to-end instead of distributed throughthe burrito. Another time, I got a quesadilla that was only cut in two pieces; one piece was about 90% of the quesadilla, andthe other piece was just a sliver of tortilla with nothing in it. They never give sauce, even when asked. And, as others havesaid, the young female manager that was always running the drive through is very loud and rude to both her employees andcustomers. I live near M15 and we have to drive all the way to Belsay to get decent TB food. Read more
We ordered online with doordash and our dasher was phenomenal but this Taco Bell on the other hand is absolutely awful they... always seem to mess something up but tonight?s was especially awful we ordered two spicy potato soft shell tacos add beef andthe beef was completely missing, the potatoes were so lacking we could count them on one hand for each shell, and the sauceamount was absolutely pathetic Read more
