We always go to this location because it's the closest. They are pretty fast in the drive-thru but more often than not they ask... you to pull into a spot to wait for your food. The food is almost always made well and good. They are pretty friendly too. But often they forget things in the bag, mostly cookies, napkins and sauces. Overall though, they do a good job. Read more

I work at a nearby McDonald?s, and I couldn?t imagine how they could be so disrespectful. I came through about half an hour ago,... and I?ll admit the order did have special specifications. But, I deal with it all the time, and if they?re paying for it, Idon?t complain. But the girl taking our order was rushing us the entire time, asking ?anything else??? every time we said anitem. It even got to the point where she said ?are you guys good now? You really need more??? It was just two Spicy Crispymeals. We asked for extra crinkle cut pickles, and she marked them ?add pickle? which is just the regular pickles on the cheeseburgers. We asked her if they were gonna put the crinkle cut, she said ?yeah, anything else?? Then we asked for two cups ofsauce on the side, and she rang us up for two cups. Then, we get to the second window, and the sandwiches have no sauce, twocrinkle cut pickles and like seven regular pickles each. And only one sauce in the bag. Every time we tried to tell the girl atthe second window there was something wrong, she would shut the window in our face IN THE MIDDLE OF US TALKING. At one point,she just left and sent another person to the window, and she asks ?Why are you still here?? We tell her we?re missing a cup ofsauce and offer to pay for it, and she just cuts us off and says ?I already put it in the bag.? We proceed to tell her FOURTIMES we just need another one. Then we pay, and another girl comes to the window and says ?That?s all you?re getting.? Itwasn?t even half full. To say this was the worst service we?ve ever had here is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Never have good customer service, food is hard and most of the time never good by the time we receive it. Honestly the only... thing good here is the pop but even that?s on the edge. 3/10. Read more
Yesterday I ordered 4 fish sandwiches, with extra tartar sauce. What I got, was 4 fish sandwiches, with the tartar sauce... squirted all around the box. So I took it back in, and showed them. I shouldn't have to wipe the sides of the box, to eat a fishsandwich. The lady took all 4 of the sandwiches back to the cooks, and showed them. And she even said, "make them clean thistime." I drove home, and the first sandwich I pulled out of the bag, had no tartar sauce on it at all. So I had to drive 18miles back, to get that corrected. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on this though. But, Today though, I came back through,ordered 4 burgers, and a 10 piece chicken nugget. And they forgot my nuggets entirely. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I live near by so this location is very convenient when I'm on my way to work, ... etc. If only they could get a simple order correct! Their food is often cold/old, they're wait times are ridiculous, when youget your fries & drink, they're not even close to being filled like they're supposed to be. The staff is rude and I honestlythink they only stay in business because of the location. I'd love to see them turn things around, but after years of givingthem chances, that clearly is not going to happen. This place needs to be shut down! Read more
