They got a all new staff that stocks chicken! I was very pleased to hear the problems of the passed have been solved. No more 20... minute wait times for chicken every time I order at the drive through. Way to go KFC! Read more
Ordered a POPCORN chicken meal sat through the drive through for 30 minutes just to get pulled forward around cars they already... had pulled forward. I waited an HOUR for my meal. We ordered a 16 piece bucket with 4 sides. When we got home there were only 12 pieces, 4 of which were wings and only two... breast. The sides were in the normal sized containers, but only about 1/2 full. Very obvious they've not only raised thierprices they've also shrunk thier portions. KFC is definitely off my dinner list. Poor customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. They gave net the wrong sides, so I drove back to get the right sides. It's... important to note, that while I wasn't happy. I wasn't being rude either. I used words like 'please'. I don't take mistakespersonally, even when i have to drive 10 minutes back and forth. I did get my sides, but never got the obligatory 'Sorry aboutthat'. In fact, I got treated as if I was an inconvenience. And that was by a Manager. (The regular employees are at leastnice) When I got home, I realized they left out the biscuits. This kFC has been getting worse and worse. literally the worst kfc i?ve ever been to. the fries tasted like they sat for hours, got re fried, then sat again. they were... cold and the texture was like cardboard. they didn?t have nashville hot sauce for the tenders(they never do at this location),so i got buffalo. they put so much sauce it was soupy, and also cold. i?m so disappointed. I would give this only a half star if I could. Ordered an eight piece bucket deal with three sides and free cookies. They forgot... to give us the cookies. Sides were ok, but the gravy tasted a bit bitter. The original recipe chicken was greasy which is to beexpected from fast food, but the grease was a brown color. We could taste the grease in our mouths like our tongues and cheekswere coated with wax. I suspect they are not changing the oil or cleaning the vat. It was gross.
