decent. I ordered ahead of time while shopping at menards, it took over 40 mins for the food to come out and that was only after... asking 3 different servers running food out to other customers. the food tasted like it sat there for every bit of those 40mins. sucks paying alot of money for eh food. Very slow. I pulled in to get a drink through drive-thru. Took 15 minutes after they have you pull forward. I guess once they... have the money they don't care how long you wait. Then the girl forgot to bring me a straw with the drink, so I waitedmore. Terrible place. I will not be back. Read more
The 3 employees that interacted with us: one happily held the door an long amount of time for a senior walking slowly to the... door. The next employee at the register was super patient and helpful when ordering. The order was cooked to perfection andbrought out by a very gentleman who even asked if he could get us anything else. Me and my mother had never been to a Culver's before so we decided to try it. We ordered a Culver's Deluxe with no tomato and... cheese curds with a pepsi as well as a fish sandwich and a chocolate ice cream. We waited over a half hour to receive our foodwhist seeing people enter and exit the drive thru. The food was decent but not worth the wait. Will not go back. Read more
They advertise cooked fresh to order. This is so not true. I had ordered one of the culver burgers and it ended up being way... over cooked took it back and they gave me another that was more overcooked than the first one. So there?s no way either one ofthem where fresh to order. Contacted the district manager said she would send me a replacement coupon but she never did. Calledcorporate to have the owner contact me never happened. They just don?t care about customer service. The photos show how badlycharred they are. The burgers there have no flavor or at least the ones I got, the fish was soggy, yall need to put some paper or something under... it. Very expensive for what we got, would give 1 star but I ate it and it didnt get me sick. Never again. Read more
The staff was so helpful. We had never been so I just wasn't sure about the food. Asked some questions and ended up with a super... delicious supper and a satisfied toddler. Which isn't always the easiest thing to accomplish. Way to go crew! Read more
