UPDATE: the whole order was not great. The chicken fries, one sandwich, two orders of fries all tasted like they were hours... old. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and received a regular chicken sandwich even though i got charged the price of thespicy. Then the customer service sucked, no manners or conversation besides ?you?ll have to wait for your chicken sandwich? justfor it to be made wrong. Thanks a lot, you guys. Read more
I was there to pick up a mobile order at 7:15. Staff was there making food ,no manager. Waited at the drive through for 5... minutes before going in and asking if they where open. Staff said yes but they can not get into their drawers because themanager did not show up. The staff had been there since before 6, warmers where full of food, just wasting away as they couldnot sell it. I did not get my daughters breakfast told them to cancel the mobile order then,only to find out they still chargedmy card and did not cancel the order. Called back later for refund, no answer. I get staff shortages, what I don't get is thestaff that was making food for 2 hours before being able to sell it. Any one buying food after 730 there today got old stuffsitting under the warmers. It is ten o'clock still waiting on the refund and order cancelation. They should have just postedclosed signs until a manager got there. Read more
went today for lunch. Spent over 4 minutes at the box to have my order taken. 2 people said "one moment". No cars in front of... me. Wasn't till I asked if they were going to take my order or should I leave that they took the order. Gal who handed us ourfood looked like she hated her job. This also took about 5 minutes. Love the food but the app has a lot to be desired. It messes up every time I use it. And don?t try to get the same deal if you... go inside, they won?t do it. On this visit when I was paying on the app, it shutdown so I started again. Looked at my checkingaccount the next day and they charged me twice. Read more
Looking forward to their breakfast as it's been a long time since I've had it. Sat in drive thru during normal business hours,... except they were closed. All lighting on, staff visible.. just not doing business. I feel a sign on the speaker would be asmall gesture to customers instead of wasting our time sitting in their line. Read more
We ordered ahead on the burger king app, I got there at (4:15P.M)I figured I could go In and wait a few mins my designated time... was (4:20P.M), I waited at the counter at the pickup sign, where nobody greeted me. When I finally got their attention, theysaid "oh your food has been done for a while!" It's honestly upsetting this is my first experience using your app!... The fryswere soggy like they sat for hours and the chicken was cold to the touch... I didn't end up eating it, just threw it out! Read more
Absolutely the best Burger King in the area. I work late and stop often for dinner, they're always so friendly and not irritated... if I take an extra second. Today they absolutely made my night, no Jalapeño bites after 10 but I guess today was my lucky day???? the surprise really made my hard day better. Thank you Read more
