A neighborhood/university favorite, this place is often packed and you’ll wait in line if you want most things on the menu -... so bring a friend to keep you company. Epic trivia on Thursdays is pretty well run and takes a couple hours; definitely alsodraws a crowd. Score of ~5 comes from: Plentiful outdoor seating (nice and safe), good staff, and a pretty sustainable menu(quality lacks here and there but it’s forgivable at the price point). Interesting drinks on offer most weeks, and the pizzais indeed pretty good. Can’t complain. There’s a reason people flock here. Read more
I ordered Buffalo wings and customized pizza (chicken, artichoke heart, mushroom with pesto sauce). The pizza is delicious! The... wheat crust is crispy and at the right thickness. The buffalo wings are a bit too salty for me but they are tasty as well. Read more
Great place for lunch! We were there UCD moving in weekend for my daughter and her roommate. I treated them with an all meat... pizza. After about 20 min I asked where my pizza was and they apparently lost the order bec it turned out they gave us thewrong table number. The manager immediately gave us our money back and had a pizza prioritized for us in 12 min on the house. How's that for awesome customer service! Excellent pizza, just top notch sauce and flavors. All staff were super friendly. Seating is done "on your own" and they... appeared a little understaffed at 8pm on a Tuesday...we had to shift dirty plates to another outside table so we could get apreferred table, but the overall vibeore thanade up for that minor inconvenience. The beer selection is good, the pizzaspecialties are great, and would definitely come back. Outside seating is dog friendly and good for groups. Inside had livemusic after 9pm. Read more
Great pizza! I love the way they fold over the crust so it makes it less doughy and more flavorful with the pizza. Tried a bunch... of different ones and liked them all. Last one we had was the garlic one and the sauce really makes the rest of the pizza.Tomatoes even it out with the acidity and mushrooms. We did the upstairs party room too. Accommodation was great. This is definitely my favorite pizza place in Davis. The service is relatively fast. The employees are amazing. And the pizza!!... Don’t even get me started. In love. Woodstocks smells like heaven when you walk in. It is open till pretty late so if you’rehaving a late night craving, this should be your go to place. Will come again and again and again!! Read more
A lot of hype because I've had better pizza elsewhere but this place does have a great atmosphere. Its energy packed. The... workers are all super nice. The only deal breaker for a lot of people including my party and me was the surprising 2 hour waitthey announce on busy nights. We left but came back after we called our order in over the phone. Dont get me wrong the pizza isgood but just not the best. They do not charge for ranch dressing if you need more than one. I wish they would include paperplates with to go orders. Read more
