Rating on an interesting night with drinks, trivia, great outdoor atmosphere/temperature. Service was actually excellent and... surprisingly friendly. Really high marks here. The trivia was produced and run with incredibly high/professional productionvalue and is arguably better than local competitors. Very impressed with this. The mandatory drinks to compete? not a fan ofthat rule at all, and it?s limiting people who might want to compete. But it?s ?university of beer?? so you should kinda knowwhat you?re getting into. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area. Outdoors the chairs and tables are a bit uncomfortable,and since trivia takes hours it can be a bit taxing - so just note that. The outdoor area is very cute though and the whole areais very safe. This establishment seems well run and was really impressed with what we saw overall tonight. Friendly and prettycontrolled clientele, but it could differ on other nights for sure. Reviews will be spiky for that reason. Read more
Great atmosphere. Accommodating bar tenders, good conversation and fun. Great selection of beers on tap, 50+. Can try a few... until you find what you like. Bar tenders are knowledgeable and super helpful. Good patrons, cool amd relaxed vibe! Read more

Right out of the gate here are the things I love: 1. I can bring my dog and sit inside or out 2. There is a wide selection of... beers on tab and in the bottle 3. They have started to do cocktails which is great when taking that non beer drinker 4. Theyhave fun nights such as Trivia and Karaoke Definitely worth grabbing a drink at when you are in town. Excellent beer choices! Lots of taps and you can probably find the style of beer you're craving. They also have a variety of... mixed drinks and slushies, which are great for those hot Davis days. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you with whatyou want. Read more
Since they adjusted their staff I'd say they're quality has been depleted. The staff is clueless on the beers on tap! Might as... well ask a recommendation from a 10 year old. Pre staff change I would have given them a rating of a five. Now junk, previouslya gem. Read more

If you have a strict ID policy, you need to check those IDs at the door. While I was sitting with my friends in the patio on a... Wednesday afternoon, I was told to leave the premise, since they did not like my European ID. As mentioned before,discriminatory/ not family-friendly. Read more
