This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. If I could give it .5 stars, I would. First, it is nearly impossible to hear what the... person is saying into the speaker at the drive thru. Whoever she is, I?ve dealt with her twice and she doesn?t seem tounderstand a word I say. Second, they have failed to give me the correct order twice in the two times I?ve gone there. Iliterally just ordered what was on the menu, with no adjustments. Third, they are accusatory and avoidant when we go back toretrieve the item that is ALWAYS missing from our order and ignore us. When we do eventually force them to pay attention to us,they always bicker and argue that we are the ones in the wrong WHEN WE LITERALLY ARE SHOWING THEM THE RECEIPT. Lastly, theycan?t even understand what we?re saying when we repeat it three times in person when they finally accept that they?re in thewrong and owe us our item. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF, or at least hire people that can comprehend how a fast food restaurantworks. Read more
This Location by far is the worst KFC in the whole world. They are slow and very unprofessional. The store is completely dirty... inside and there are cockroaches all around the outside of the building. The employees have no idea what customer service is. Read more
Took 20 min to get wings and fries, all the priority to drive through orders. So, if you just came inside - prepare to wait,... you'll be the last one. Check order right there, they "forgot" about all the sauces we ordered. Will never come back. Read more

Out dated, had to wait like 5 minutes for them to come forward to take the order. I think there are 2 people and one was just... sitting in the office. Khari looked bored with his job and irritated that we took a while for the order. My shoes literally keptsticking to the floor because it was old and dirty. The walls were covered in grease drips. The moldings were caked in dirt andchicken crumbs. Every picture on the wall was sun faded, it was a bad experience completely. 1 stars because we didn't getpoisoned but 0 would be better. Read more
