This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. If I could give it .5 stars, I would. First, it is nearly impossible to hear what the... person is saying into the speaker at the drive thru. Whoever she is, I?ve dealt with her twice and she doesn?t seem tounderstand a word I say. Second, they have failed to give me the correct order twice in the two times I?ve gone there. Iliterally just ordered what was on the menu, with no adjustments. Third, they are accusatory and avoidant when we go back toretrieve the item that is ALWAYS missing from our order and ignore us. When we do eventually force them to pay attention to us,they always bicker and argue that we are the ones in the wrong WHEN WE LITERALLY ARE SHOWING THEM THE RECEIPT. Lastly, theycan?t even understand what we?re saying when we repeat it three times in person when they finally accept that they?re in thewrong and owe us our item.
