So disappointed in the service we received. I had literally been looking forward to a milkshake all day, especially after... surgery, it was the only thing that sounded good to me. My boyfriend walked in at 10:28 pm to pick one up for me, because thestore didn?t close until 11. He was told he couldn?t get a milkshake because they stop using the blenders 30 minutes prior toclosing. REALLY?! It takes 5 minutes max to wash a blender, why do you stop providing a service you advertise 30 minutes beforeyou close, that makes no sense. It felt like they just wanted to lock the doors and be gone at 11 and that?s why they wereshutting things down early. Makes me not wanna come back. Read more
One of the best go to places when the weather is super hot outside! The staff are always super nice and friendly. The ice cream... are tasty and if you?re lactose intolerant, this place is totally worth it. They sometime can help organizations withfundraising. Read more

I wish I could put less than one star. I have never experienced such a shocking retail encounter in my life. I called to ask... about a specific ice cream cake and the woman on the phone (Amanda was her name) assured me that they have them ready for pickup. I asked another time to make sure they have the size of the cake I wanted and she told me they have the specific cake that Iwanted in ALL four sizes. That was when I started to doubt her information. I went to the store anyway and sadly found out theydon't have what I was looking for. Once I realized the mistake I decided to just settle for a hand packed pint of Mom's Makin'Cookies where the lovely woman I spoke to on the phone took it upon herself to attempt to scoop my ice cream WITHOUT WEARINGGLOVES OR A MASK!! In the middle of a pandemic Baskin Robbins on E st. is not attempting to stop the spread of infection. And ontop of all that, when I asked Miss Amanda to put on personal protective equipment, to ensure my safety, she ranted about how thecoronavirus is a hoax and wearing a mask is for "sheeple". I did not come to my (former) favorite ice cream shop to be lecturedand ridiculed for wanting to protect myself. I have an immuno-compromised mother who lives with me; this encounter was not worththe risk and I firmly believe the Yolo county health dept. should be making a visit to shut them down immediately. It is a shamethat people do not respect other people's time and safety precautions when I drove 45 minutes out of my way for a simple requestto make my husband's birthday special. Read more
Good old Basking Robins with all the yummy ice cream flavors, cakes and drinks. Just like me, my kids love the different variety... of flavors and concoctions they can create with the shakes or just to get an old fashion banana royal or banana split. We stopped by on a Monday night (9/26/22) and we had a large group with about 12 people. Emily and Harrison took great care of... us . We had small children , teens and older adults in our group and they catered to all of us. The shop was sparkling clean forand evening visit, it was impeccable in my opinion.
