Nothing but attitude at this location. To The Owner - if you are reading this, know this, you don't want to pay couple of... dollars extra and for that reason you hire wrong employees. While you are sitting at home and enjoying your life, remember youbad employees are messing up orders, ruining peoples evenings, parties, days, etc. by giving attitude and rude unprofessionalbehavior. If you are making profit from unsatisfied customers, it is equal to robbing. Your Managers are bad and they don'tfollow up. Pay little more, hire better people, and remember that it is not customer but your employees are your main assets.Spoke to Zoe, she tried her best but she can't overcome her lack of wisdom, attitude problems and lack of oversight. There is nosystem of checks and balances. It is paying for your lifestyle, but it can make so much more by making other people (employees,customers) happy too. You robbed us, enjoy that on us. 3 out of my 18 wings were undercooked. Fries were undercooked on a different occasion. Employees in the kitchen and on the... register are never wearing hair nets and have their hair completely loose, they wear slides while on the clock, and have longfingernails which are not allowed in food service establishments. Health department needs to have a visit here. The food used tobe decent but now they don?t even have that going for them. Read more
Would you believe me when I say I come from west Pembroke Pines all the way to this wing stop?! Pass multiple in the area just... for this one?! The amount of seasoning was amazing not in a good way had no seasoning whatsoever the only good part was the people making it... was wearing hair caps but nah ain?t never trusting one of these restaurants again bro if you think wing stop is good then youain?t never tasted real chicken before. This wingstop location NEVER misses! I shouldn?t see not one bad review for this location. I live in Pembroke Pines and I would... never step foot into the Miramar and the Pines location ever again.
