Amazing location for tropical smoothie. All the smoothies are delicious and so good. I would eat here everyday if I could. The... staff is so friendly and helpful. When they?re busy they still make sure they talk to guests and make sure everyone taken careof. My new favorite spot and i will definitely recommend this location to any person who wants to eat good. Horrid service, manager naya or something like that was exceptionally rude. If I could give it no starts I would. they served... the people who came in after us and ordered at the register before us and made us wait 25 minutes before we received the otherhalf of the food we ordered, by the time my kids and I got our shake my husband was done with his. Had I tried my shake before Ileft I would have got my money back because it was bland and gross! There was stuff dripping down the side of my cup and nogloves.l and serious cross contamination. Oh lets not mention that I saw the manager give food to her friend for free! Ownershould be carful about who he or she hires! Read more

Had an amazing experience at this location. The Manager Diego guided me through the menu was very patient while i asked... basically about every smoothie. The guy making my smoothie jay was so nice and even handed me the straws and everything and myfood made by Chris was excellent. I hadn?t gotten service like this in a while and I eat often at chick fil a next door but willcome here more often. Loved the food the variety and customer service. Well deserved 10/10 Read more
My favorite place to have great smoothies and sandwiches. I love to come here for breakfast & after my workouts and I never wait... too long for my order. The manager and staff are super friendly and very attentive to the customers. Diego recommended me to trythe edible straw? which to my surprise are pretty good! First time ordering from Tropical smoothie and definitely my last. The salad I receive is definitely NOT worth $10.99. I got a... Thai salad which includes chicken, carrots, wontons, sesame seed and cilantro, on a bed of lettuce. My salad had the carrots andchicken with lettuce. The lettuce looks wilted, on top of it all. The dressing is actually good, has a hint os spice though. I?mvery upset that I spent almost $20 on my order (including a smoothie) for this. Two stars for the dressing and the smoothie. Read more
I ordered a chicken caprese sandwiche and not what i recieved it was a poor excuse of a sandwich on pita ver vinegary with... ingredients just thrown in there. It had bacon just not appealing had to throw out so no dinner for me oh idk but is thejalapeno corn supposed to come chilled?
