Had to change my review?.see bottom of review. So sad! No stars now! This is my Holiday go to every year! They are so nice and... friendly, even though they are slammed they serve with a smile! Especially the Manager Suze she?s always helpful even whenthings are crazy.This year 2022 the app wouldn?t let me order my turkey and I thought that I was going to have to go to the oneon Pines Blvd. Ugh!!!! But Suze said no problem when would you like your turkey? That?s customer service I ?m really sad tohave to update this rating but here goes. I checked the website again and say that they added my turkey in .BUT THE PRICE HEREIS 55.00!!! For a turkey breast! This place not only has amazing food but incredible service! The manager Suze is so kind and always going above and beyond for... her customers. The honey baked ham in the Weston/Davie location is worth so much more than 5 stars. I will only use them for catering when... feeding my hospital department for events. They do boxed lunches which makes everyone more comfortable after covid. Fastdelivery and great prices. The owner Suze is the nicest person on the planet! She has saved me on multiple occasions when Iaccidentally mess up an order. Her and her team are wonderful and so accomodating. I will always recommend this location ofhoney baked ham! Read more

Worse experience ever!!!!!! I purchased 2 turkeys and paid for hot catering as well and when I pickup at the store, the turkeys... were frozen cold and when complained to Suze P. General Manager, she agreed of the mistake but did not refund me for the servicethey didn?t provide. My coworkers didn?t even eat the turkeys, this was a waste of money and for most the main Thanksgivingcourse was so disappointing to all of us. This location is a little secluded, which made for fast service, especially around the holidays. They are definitely following... all Covid-19 procedures, the only problem with that you cannot open meat packaging before buying. And as pricey as the food isyou want to be assured of the product your buying. Still in all great place! Read more
