Worst customer service ever, subs ordered via SUBWAY App and while the app acknowledged that the subs were on their way nothing... came. After contact with "Manager" she told me nothing was received and that they do not deliver. I had even given a 20% tip forthe driver on the App in total USD 32.95 for two foot longs...................Money is deducted from my account and Manager toldme she could not do anything for me. This subway is really really bad! They should definitely close it, they always treat so rude their customers. Every time I have... gone their customer service has been very bad. The place says it closes at 9pm and they close at 8. They never have anything. Worst service I have had I did an online order and go to pick it up and the two employees rudely scream at me and tell me they... don't have any in stock. So I ask them why they didn't call and let me know. They lied and said they called when I showed mycall logs they had nothing to say. I asked for a refund they refused until I raised my voice then called the owner. He says hewill refund tomorrow let's see what happens. And the employee Rachel was the only one trying to help other was rude and evenrefused to give her name. Update: I went back and owner refused to refund the money for food I never even picked up. Usually never leave reviews but just thought it was lame that the door was locked 10 minutes before closing time (still people... inside and the employee staring at me)?.
