Messed up my drink and instead of doing a remake they shoved a cup of syrup at me and sent me on my way. Isn?t there a guarantee... that they remake the drink. It was rude af.. called the manager and her excuse was the baristas are stressed.. for sure but noone remade my drink!!! I guess Starbucks guarantee is a joke.. Annoying to have to ask for your milk on the side because no matter if you ask for only a little milk, my coffee comes out way... too light in color. Its like pulling teeth to get a strong coffee, and for $7 not to get it right means avoiding this place alltogether. So done with Starbucks Read more

The crew doesnt have a clue about whats a macchiato coffee. They are not capable to imagine people know the difference. I also... order a sandwich but i want ciabatta bread instead of muffin bread. By far the worstttt Starbucks experience! First they didn?t have the Vanilla Frappuccino which is my daughters favorite, when... asked why not the barista responded ?the blender is broken.? Then they were out of every holiday cookie my daughter requested.Wasted 30min of my life trapped in the drive thru line only to get to the window and the two strawberry açaí refreshers inwater were not made correctly or the right size and full of ice! Just insulting! I just requested my money back, called customerservice and these baristas claim to be short staffed and were smug and tried to give the wrong store number. Earlier in theweek, when I went with my coworker, I saw flies in their bakery display case and just noticing this Starbucks is not a realStarbucks!
