If I could I would add them more stars! Honestly, I'm a Ramen hunter, I love Ramen with all my soul, and these people have THE... BEST SOUTH FLORIDA RAMEN! My favorite is tonkotsu shoyu Ramen, but curry tonkotsu is so tasty (spicy) and delicious too. They doa flavorful and beautifully colored marinated eggs (best of Dade and Broward ramen eggs) and an absolutely delicious chashupork, so tasty! The owner is too kind to customers, he matters what they think about the ramen, and he takes time to explain tothe customers how the cooking process of ramen stock is, that takes too many hours to have this flavor and thickness. Best poke place in south florida! I've been coming here for almost two years now and I always enjoy my meal! The protein options... are top notch and the topping are also high quality and delicious. They also have ramen and rice bowl options which aredelicious on it's own. The owner/manager is very nice and always attentive, as well as the other staff. They have options to eatoutside but no in-store dining because it's quite small. Prices have gone up recently as expected because of the economy. Read more
One of the best poke restaurants we eaten outside of Hawaii. The seafood has a fresh taste with no fishiness. The options are... great and the kimchi was such a great addition. I haven't seen kimchi at any other poke restaurant we've been to. Woulddefinitely recommend this place. Read more
Kevin was absolutely AMAZING! Great service, not to mention DELICIOUS food! Wish I could come back (from Out of town and passing... through) to try the vegan Poke bowl. Both the vegan ramens were TOP NOTCH. Definitely get here before lunch time, though. We gotin here about 11:30am and just about at 12pm, the whole place was busy!! Read more
Kevin the owner was so accommodating for our table. He came outside and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had... everything we needed. Service 10/10 and Food 10/10. The portions and ratio of broth to noodles to meat was perfect. You?repaying a fair price for high quality ingredients. Easy to order and I like the fast casual sit-down style of eating.
