If I could I would add them more stars! Honestly, I'm a Ramen hunter, I love Ramen with all my soul, and these people have THE... BEST SOUTH FLORIDA RAMEN! My favorite is tonkotsu shoyu Ramen, but curry tonkotsu is so tasty (spicy) and delicious too. They doa flavorful and beautifully colored marinated eggs (best of Dade and Broward ramen eggs) and an absolutely delicious chashupork, so tasty! The owner is too kind to customers, he matters what they think about the ramen, and he takes time to explain tothe customers how the cooking process of ramen stock is, that takes too many hours to have this flavor and thickness.
