I did an order online in Google Maps that didn't go through. They asked me to pay at the store. As soon as I paid, "surprise",... your order went through and you've been charged twice. They told me to call Google and ask them for the refund. Obviously Idon't think Google will take care of that. I had to leave the store with 2 smoothies instead of one. Very disappointed! ???? Love this place. The owners make the best smoothies ever and listen so that the correct combo gets done.
If you just want to get in and out it?s better to go around back through the breezeway, the parking lot here is quite congested... as the Whole Foods crowd is very active. Read more
I ordered a light and was charged for a small. I asked why and the cashier gave a attitude. He said here it?s 75 cent difference... and gave me 75 cents (I paid with my debit card). I work hard for my money so if I want a light which is smaller and cheaperthan a small, do not charge and give me a small. The smoothie taste good but that really made me upset. Does sanitation mean anything anymore! I have just left this place at 4:09 pm. Upon walking in, the lady who works here wipes... her nose, run her fingers alongside her hair, and I'm thinking...ok, she is going to put on some gloves, She Didn't. My husbandreally wanted a smoothie, I changed my mind. Smoothie was good though according to my husband. But they need to have moresanitary practices. Read more
