I have been a customer here for over 10 years. Getting mostly delivery about 3-4 times a week. To say they have changed for the... worst would be an understatement. We know things are messed up with Covid, getting ingredients delivered etc. But enough isenough with them. I gave them a month when things went down hill FAST. In the 4 delivery orders placed the first week of June2022 a total of 7 items were wrong, missing and cold. I was out of town April & May 2022. The portions seemed to have dropped inhalf but NO reduction in price. In fact 3 items we were charged more then the newest menu and posted menu quoted. This isillegal and considered criminal Theft By Deception, Credit Card Fraud and tuft. I give them my credit card when ordering and dueto the world today. Always asked if there is any price changes which the answer was always?NO?!!! It is a criminal offense tocharge more then listed prices. One tip off they started deliveries and either when confronted where is the receipt ?don?tunderstand? or ?must have forgot it?. When after the third time in a row I checked my card on line and found the approximately25% higher charge. Since they were pending I called to express my concern. She said the correct prices would be the actualcharge. We order the same items for each order. One days the items are one group and another order may be difficult then thelast order but we ALWAYS order the same items. Let me try this again. We have 4 groups of items we call in on any particularday. So whether it be our Shrimp and Lobster sauce plus day or another day Pork Lomain we always get the same group of itemswhen we order certain entrees. The second week we just order twice out of loyalty after all these years. Again much smallerportions, cold, 2 items missing, I completely wrong. All I wanted was plain fried rice instead of pork fried rice or white rice. But I was refused and rudely told ????? "NO, CAN'T... DO IT", said the RUDE LADY ??????? at the front register. So I asked, "why not, other restaurants do it at there customersrequest"...???????? But to no avail, it didn't happen. ???? Poor attitude, small portions, tasteless food and overpriced for what was being ordered. I ordered alot of takeout food for a... party. All they provided me with were 4 trays of liquid. They wouldn't even give us more condiments and hard noodles afterspending so much money. I will never go there again. Read more
Miss the old place better. Staff is super nice here, but opening was confusing at first on Togo lines and sit in. I honestly... prefer having a waiter or waitress taking me order like the old restaurant (stop using COVID as an excuse) Don't thing havingsomeone take my order will give me COVID, plus on top they get better tips that way instead of a measley tip jar. The food isdecent but they are super stingy, the old place gave better portions and we're not so stingy. For example the pictures attached.House special fried rice came in a very very small container barley enough for a kid and it cost over $18, on top I got Koreanshort ribs and was charged nearly $20 for literally one price of short ribs (3 small peaces) . It honestly felt like a kids meanand I thought it was a joke. The old place had a better food menu and were not so stingy and actually tasted better as the pinkBuddha's food is a little bland to be honest.compared to all the other casino asian restaurants this one has to be the moststingy. The only reason they got a 2 star is because the friendly staff other than that this is the worst of all casino asianrestaurants to go to, as they are overpriced and give small portions (literally a kids meal portion). It has been a long time since I have had food this amazing. The service and the food was exceptional. The honey chicken and the... sweet and sour chicken were fresh and hot. Most places make it from frozen and here it tasted fresh and just the perfect mix ofcrispy and moist. We tried the happy family and it?s by far the best happy family We have had. Truly a hidden gem and now ourfavorite family place. Wish I would have known about it sooner. Read more
